Join BioOhio on Friday, April 6 for an engaging half-day event to learn about the groundbreaking diabetes research being conducted in Ohio. Details here.
The event features speakers from 360 Comprehensive Lifestyle Center, the American Diabetes Association, the Ohio Department of Health, Ohio University Diabetes Institute and College of Osteopathic Medicine, The Ohio State University, and The College Diabetes Network.
The venue, Stuart’s Opera House in Nelsonville, was originally built in 1879, and is the grand cornerstone in the town’s historic public square. Attendees will experience this unique venue as breakfast and a networking lunch move around this unique facility.
BioOhio is hosting a networking social in Toledo on May 3 at Bar 145. BioOhio’s fun socials bring Ohio’s bioscience players together for networking, talking shop, and getting to know one another in a casual atmosphere. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres for all guests; 1 drink ticket for BioOhio members, and that includes employees of member organizations. Cash bar for non-members.

This May, BioOhio presents Pharmaceutical Pathways: Drug Discovery, Development, & FDA Regulations, in partnership with NEOMED, Squire Patton Boggs, STATKING Clinical Services, Camargo Pharmaceutical Services, and US Economic Development Association (EDA).
These events are devoted to pharmaceutical development. Topics will include predictive toxicology, the changing landscape in drug discovery from a technological perspective, compound lead generation, drug manufacturing techniques, including 3D printed drugs, and de-identified vs. identified data.
