Be a part of Ohio’s most comprehensive network of industry, academia, and entrepreneurs. BioOhio hosts numerous events, both formal and informal, throughout the year and around the state. As a benefit of membership, all staff at member companies receive discounted admission to our events. BioOhio members also receive discounts to many of our partners’ events around Ohio.

HealOhio - November 2nd in Akron

The program will be devoted to health professional presentations. The 2017 Heal Ohio Conference will feature keynote addresses on November 2nd. Activities are expected to provide an atmosphere rich in networking for both career and research advancement.

BioOhio Networking Social - January 31st in Cincinnati

BioOhio’s first social of the year will be held January 31st in Cincinnati at Taft’s Ale House. The venue was constructed in 1850 as St. Paul’s Evangelical Church, and later restored to its current incarnation as a brewery and event space. Click here to register!

Ohio Bioscience Career Fairs - February

Central / Northeast / Southwest

2017 marks the 11th year of BioOhio’s Ohio Bioscience Career Fairs. BioOhio is currently organizing fairs this February for Central, Northeast, and Southwest Ohio. These events are designed to match job seekers with Ohio’s growing biomedical organizations, featuring top employers in the biotech, pharmaceutical, R&D, and medical device industries. BioOhio Networking Social - March 22nd in Athens

BioOhio’s second social of the year will be held in Athens at Little Fish Brewing Company. Little Fish’s facility uses 100% wind sourced electricity and strives to use organic malts, with specialty grains, such as corn and spelt, grown locally in Ohio. Click here to register!

Celebrating 30 Years | Cleveland, OH

The 2017 BioOhio Annual Conferences will celebrate the organization’s 30th anniversary as well as spotlight the amazing growth of Ohio’s bioscience industry.
