The Ohio Bioscience Expo & Showcase will begin at 10am with networking and exhibitor floor open to all attendees. The day will conclude with a networking reception from 4 – 5pm.

Dr. Sebastian Faro will be presenting on the NanoLogix N-Assay Multiwell Microplate Assay. Topics to be covered include the N-Assay’s enhanced sensitivity and speed advantages over existing commercial tests for Group B Streptococcus (GBS), Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus (VRE), and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, the projected benefits to newborns and their mothers, other patients and health care providers, and the potential market in the USA and abroad.

Sebastian Faro, M.D, Ph.D. Dr. Faro has over fifty years of medical experience and an extensive body of knowledge concerning obstetrics, gynecology, and infectious diseases. Dr. Faro is currently affiliated with The Woman’s Hospital of Houston, previously served as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at LBJ Hospital in Houston and was Vice-Chair of the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences Department at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

McFlusion presents the science of clean-in-place (CIP) technology – TACCT (Time, Action, Coverage, Chemistry and Temperature) and the practical application of these critical cleaning parameters for effective CIP cleaning of equipment used for drug manufacturing. This workshop will have a special focus on the selection and use of dynamic high impact spray devices with short video demonstrations.
